How long does it take for you to create an item?
It takes upwards of approximately 1-2 business days for an item to be created. Heavenly Angelita is run completely top to bottom by a very small team at this time, so 1 to 2 business days may be required to fully create and ship your order.
How long does shipping and processing take?
Shipping is handled through USPS, normally through the USPS Ground Advantage service, which is listed on their website to take 2-5 days.

Do you accept refunds?
If for whatever reason your order is unsatisfactory, please send through an email to support@heavenlyangelita.com with ‘Refund Request’ in the subject line.
Provide any necessary proofs, such as screenshots or pictures detailing your situation as well as any explanations that will help better understand your issue.
Please Note: Heavenly Angelita is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels through the mail delivery system. However, please continue with instructions above on sending a refund Request email, and you will be aided through the lost or damaged package recovery/refund protocol.
Refunds are not guaranteed upon request if the issue was outside of our control, but we will do our absolute best to work with you on whatever issues you are facing.

How about returns?
If you would like to return an order for any reason, such as accidental purchase, wrong color or product variant, etc. please send an email to support@heavenlyangelita and write ‘Return Request’ in the subject line. You will be aided through the process of repackaging and shipping your order, and within 24 hours your replacement order will be sent out for shipping.
IMPORTANT: For orders that contain items that are out of stock at the time of your return request, a refund of your order in full will be issued after item is returned to Heavenly Angelita.
Please note: shipping and handling will be handled by the buyer and not by Heavenly Angelita (if no fault was found upon Heavenly Angelita due to reason for return).
